“People are always asking how we come up with our moves, so we thought that personalized instruction would be a great way to connect with our fans,” said Kevin “KB” Brewer, co-founder of Jabbawockeez. “Jabbawockeez School of Dance is fun, challenging and a great workout. We're confident that people will be happy with the results.”

Each disc of the series will provide about an hour of instruction featuring a new dance. Lessons vary in genre and level of difficulty for a dynamic workout that will leave fans with the confidence to own the dance floor. For added flair, the DVDs include 10-minute bonus features to help develop the fundamentals of dance. From understanding rhythm and movement and how to master an 8-count, building all the way to up to stomping out the competition in dance battles, each lesson will equip dancers with the tools to be as skilled as the original champions of MTV's “America's Best Dance Crew.”

Top Rocks defines the fundamentals of B-Boying using basic breakdance moves.  The bonus feature focuses on building confidence, which enables the body to finesse coordination and balance.

Kaboom helps reinforce body posture and form to add flavor and swagger into basic steps.  The bonus lesson explains syncopation, timing and how to articulate music through the body's movement.

As a tribute to one of the crew's founding members, Gee-One, this lesson incorporates dances from the late 80s and early 90s.  Musicality and rhythm is illuminated in the bonus piece.

The Throwback combines the roots of dancing with moves from today in a stylized routine that transcends generations.  Groove is highlighted in the bonus piece as being the soul of the music.

The Matrix demonstrates moves from 2001-2002 and boosts the pace of movement by adding “and” counts.  It describes flow in the bonus feature as a way of expressing a plethora of moves into one dance.
